Role:Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Location:USA or Canada (Main office in Montreal, Canada) Reports to:Daniel Schacter - CEOAbout Cosmetic Physician Partners (CPP):Cosmetic Physician Partners (CPP) is a leading medical aesthetics platform with over 30 clinics across 19 states. With a proven track record of having successfully built and sold a similar platform in the same industry in Canada, CPP launched in 2021 in the US. Since then, CPP has grown to one of the US's largest consolidators in the space using a partnership model to bring clinics on board. Today, CPP generates well over $100M of revenue and is very profitable. CPP is seeking a skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive team and play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial future. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of multi-site experience and a proven track record of financial leadership at a scaled multi-site company with revenues exceeding $100 million.The Role:As CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of CPP's financial operations, with a particular focus on driving growth through strategic and financial-focused decision-making. In this role, the CFO will be responsible for helping shape the strategic direction of CPP, guiding the executive and board team through financial decision-making, and leading company fundraising activities. You will be a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team, providing financial insights and analysis to inform critical business decisions.Key Responsibilities:Financial Operations: Oversee all aspects of CPP's financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and internal controls. Fundraising: Lead the development and execution of fundraising strategies to secure capital for the company's growth initiatives, including equity and debt financing. Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and financial institutions. Board Management: Prepare and present financial information to the Board of Directors, ensuring clear and concise communication of the company's financial performance and strategic direction. Address Board questions and concerns with confidence and accuracy. Strategic Analysis: Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making across the organization. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Qualifications:Proven track record of success as aA financial leader within an organization (CFO or other senior leadership role) Managing a large at-scale business (business with revenues >$150M / EBITDA >$50M) Understanding multi-site companies (>20+ locations)Extensive experience in fundraising, including equity and debt financing, with a successful track record of securing capital. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and corporate finance best practices. Experience managing complex financial models and providing insightful financial analysis. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
