We are currently looking for a Chief Digital Business Analyst to collaborate on a special digital project. As a Business Analyst, you act in agile mode as a liaison between the business team and the delivery team.
This role allows you to have a positive impact on our organization, thanks to your business analysis skills, which contributes to the implementation of new technologies.
Your job Support Product Owners, stakeholders and the digital delivery team in their decision making and deliverables
Define scope of processes to be optimized and proactively support business planning for different deliverables
Ensure the delivery of a solution that adequately meets business needs by integrating data management and security (Privacy-by-Design)
Apply best practices to identify and write business requirements (non-functional, informational, transitional), understand their linkages and ensure traceability
Lead workshops with multiple stakeholders at various levels and expertise
Model current and target processes based on Bank mapping practices
Perform high-level, detailed impact analysis from all angles of the process with the help of experts
Actively participate in the partner search process, write requirements, analyze various solutions and make recommendations on solutions to be retained
Define, identify user test scenarios and support users in operational transfer.
Your team
Within the digital special projects sector, you are part of an autonomous team of about fifty people and actively participate in the Bank’s digital transformation. You report to the Senior Manager - Digital Special Projects.

Prerequisites Industry-related university degree with several years of relevant experience
Business analysis skills in a technology-based ecosystem
Knowledge of payment processes and systems
Proficiency in Design Thinking methodologies and tools
Experience in end-to-end business process transformation, change management and continuous improvement
Knowledge of business process improvement and mapping: modeling, BPMN, lean approach
Knowledge of quality assurance processes (Strategies and Test Scenarios)
Knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, …)
Strategic thinking, analytical, synthesis and communication skills
Ability to work in Startup/ autonomous and multidisciplinary Team mode.
