Specialist in North Indian, South Indian, ChaatResponsibilities:Oversee day-to-day culinary operationsCoordinate food and kitchenware ordersCheck freshness and quality of ingredientsAssist in the development of menu itemsStandardize recipes and plate presentationsWork with management to create a memorable experience for guestsQualifications:At least 5 years of prior experience in preparing Indian recipes and managing Indian kitchenExperience preferred with Tandoor, Tikkas, CurriesExtensive knowledge of Indian culinary traditions, spices, and cooking techniquesExperienced in recipe development Strong leadership qualitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentIf you are passionate about Indian cuisine, have a creative flair, and thrive in a collaborative team environment, we would love to hear from you!
