This candidate will know how to help clients identify, design, implement and extract value from their SAP solution and supporting business processes. You will help clients make ‘better decisions’ and work with them on their most important challenges relating to:Security and controlsBusiness process controls transformationStrategic risk managementEnterprise Governance, Risk and Control (GRC) technology enablementProgram and project risk managementYour Key ResponsibilitiesLeading SAP Security, Controls and GRC related engagements, reviewing and advising on engagements across a broad range of SAP and/or Oracle technologiesProvide leadership and direction to the ERP Security, Controls, and GRC teamLeading ERP Control design, implementation, and review/assessmentsTaking a lead in full cycle project risk management tasks relating to project delivery and highlighting key issues to leadershipManaging engagement resourcing and financials to keep engagements on trackDeveloping and maintaining external client and internal stakeholder relationshipsLeading and supporting the Partners and other Senior Managers in project pursuit, recruitment, and business development activitiesLeading initiatives for practice development and supporting with development of resourcing and training plans for the practiceWorking effectively as a team member by sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating leadership on progressProviding coaching and mentoring to new team membersIdentifying new areas of growth and development for the practiceTo qualify for the role, you must have:10+ years of experienceA Bachelor's degree in information systems, commerce, accounting, computer science, engineering, business, finance and/or other related majorGood knowledge of and experience in SAP and/or Oracle Security and GRC with a high-level understanding of SAP system functionalitiesExperience in end-to-end implementations, leading teams, and knowledge of the project lifecycleExperience in client relationship managementExperience in sales pursuit cycles (i.e. proposals and/or direct sales)Highly professional, with the ability to work in challenging, diverse and evolving client environmentsFlexible with the ability and willingness to learn quickly, and leverage skills in new situationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong team leadership and collaboration skills are essentialStrong presentation and facilitation skillsA passion to contribute to the growth of the practiceAbility to identify and address client needs, including developing and sustaining meaningful client relationshipsInterest in the ability to apply accounting knowledge to Security and Internal Control functions within the SAP domainAbility to travel both domestically and internationallyIdeally, you’ll also haveKnowledge of Business and/or IT General ControlsAbility to identify key risks and controls in the SAP environment, knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley readiness, controls optimization, as well as configuration of controls around security and business process within SAPFrench language abilityExperience with business development activities and account planning activitiesWhat we look forWe’re interested in intellectually curious people with a genuine passion and ability to learn and make their career in the SAP Security, Controls, and SAP GRC domain.
