Job Description

About The Role

Based out of Singapore, this role will report to the Senior Manager, Channels ASEAN & GCR.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, driving partner sales and revenue, and aligning channel strategies with the overall business objectives. This role requires strategic planning, execution of partner programs, and ensuring the success of partners through effective management and support. You will be working with tier 1 Systems Integrators who support the customer segment in Indochina.

The Channel Account Manager is required to work closely with the leadership team and a key stakeholder to support our customer adoption through Cloudflare Partners. The ideal candidate will have existing channel partner management experience and a network of partner contacts – ideally decision makers within partner organizations.

Key performance indicators including achieving or exceeding partner sales goals through channel partners assigned to your sales segment territory tied to Account Executives within the segment.

Travel will be required according to the demand to support partner development, customer meetings and pipeline generation.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for growth and coverage strategy with Tier 1 partnerships for Indochina
  • Run Business and Quarterly Planning/Review as a key stakeholder and voice to the leadership team
  • Establish the joint go-to-market solution offerings with Tier 1 partners
  • Develop and execute growth and acquisition strategies to expand into new verticals and territories
  • Develop strong relationships with partner sales team(s) as well as Key Decision Makers and Influencers
  • Work with relevant Cloudflare functions to develop deep Partner Practice capabilities. This would include but not limited to Partner Enablement Plan
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales leader, and peering leadership team to align strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on channel activities and performance.

Desirable skills, knowledge and experience

  • Relevant Bachelor Degree
  • 10+ years experience working with Channel and/or Distribution.
  • Executive presence
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience working in the Technology sector with Network and/or security vendor experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Thai language fluency is a plus.
