Job Description:On behalf of our healthcare client, Affinity is looking for Change Managers(s) to execute the change management strategy and plans associated with a complex clinical information solution transformation. This role is crucial role in ensuring that upcoming organizational changes and processes are implemented as seamlessly as possible, with minimal disruption and maximum support from stakeholders. Responsibilities:• Execute on and implement change management strategies, facilitating adoption of clinical processes and technologies.• Coordinate and organize stakeholder engagement initiatives, meetings, and events.• Act as liaison between different departments to ensure smooth collaboration and implementation of programs.• Support the development and implementation of change management policies and procedures.• Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of clinical and administrative workflow engagement efforts.• Provide training and support to staff on engagement strategies and best practices.• Collaborate with communications, education and training, and clinical standards teams to promote programs, initiatives, and engagement efforts.• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to stakeholder engagement activities.• Monitor sector trends and best practices to continually improve engagement strategies in a clinical setting.• Serve as a resource for staff regarding clinical and administrative engagement inquiries and concerns.• The successful candidate will be responsible for the evolution of the above deliverables throughout the solution acquisition, planning, design, development, configuration, and implementation phases of the initiative.Qualifications:• The proposed resource must meet or exceed one of the following combinations of education or certification and experience in the resource role:o University Degree Oro Community College Diploma Oro Special Experience Equivalency in relevant field• 3 years of experience w orking as part of transformation management office, change management team on large complex clinical information solution or digital health projects.• 10 years of d emonstrated experience in a change management role.• Must demonstrate experience managing complex changes specifically in a hospital or clinical program setting, involving multiple direct project stakeholders. Experience must be from projects delivering change management strategies that were directly involved with enabling, ensuring adoption, and acceptance from health system users at the point of care.• Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.Affinity Earn: Know someone who’s great for this, or any of our open roles?
