Job Description: Change Management SpecialistPosition Overview: The Change Management Specialist will play a crucial role within our established program governance and delivery work streams. This role involves working across clinical, technical, integration, ancillary services, and third-party solution vendors to support and lead various change management activities. The Specialist will be essential in ensuring the smooth implementation and adoption of clinical processes and technologies.Key Responsibilities:Implement change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of clinical processes and technologies.Organize and coordinate stakeholder engagement initiatives, meetings, and events.Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure effective collaboration and program implementation.Develop and implement change management policies and procedures.Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of workflow engagement efforts.Provide training and support to staff on engagement strategies and best practices.Collaborate with communications, education, training, and clinical standards teams to promote programs and engagement efforts.Maintain accurate records and documentation of stakeholder engagement activities.Monitor sector trends and best practices to improve engagement strategies continually.Mandatory Requirements:Education: University Degree or Community College Diploma in a relevant field.Experience:Minimum of 3 years in transformation management office or change management teams on large, complex clinical information solutions or digital health projects.10 years managing complex changes in a hospital or clinical program setting, involving multiple project stakeholders, specifically focusing on enabling, ensuring adoption, and acceptance from health system users at the point of care.Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.Availability to start as specified in the Statement of Work.Desirable Skills and Attributes:Change Management: 5 years of experience in developing and executing change management plans in a hospital setting, specifically with Clinical Information Solutions or Electronic Health Records.Training and Communication: 5 years of experience in developing and executing training and communication plans in a hospital setting.Leadership: 2 years of leadership experience in guiding, motivating, and building team capacity for sustainable digital transformation.Education and Training Tools: 5 years of experience in developing educational and training tools or reference guides to support changes brought by new programs, systems, or processes.Physician Engagement: 5 years of experience establishing or supporting physician engagement plans to foster buy-in for digital transformations with diverse clinical stakeholders.Engagement Strategies: 3 years of experience in developing fit-for-purpose engagement strategies focusing on clinical impact readiness in health informatics.Technical Skills: Competency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams).Languages: Written and spoken competence in both English and French is considered an asset.If you meet these qualifications and are ready to contribute to meaningful changes in a clinical setting, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity
