POSITION SUMMARY
Home Equity Bank is embarking on a Digital transformation which will evolve our technology and ways of working with an organization wide Salesforce implementation. This contract role will be supporting the Digital Transformation Office as a Change Manager and Communications Lead; responsible for leading change management and communications initiatives to enable adoption of business change required to make the digital transformation a success. This individual will be responsible for support the Digital communication strategy; keeping leaders and end users informed along the journey and implementation of the initiative. This role will focus on the business side of the change ensuing adoption, usage and sustainment of changes within the organization.
