About the Role: We're looking for an operations-focused leader who has either founder or managing director-level experience in any of the following: Oil & Gas, Construction, Manufacturing, or similar high-risk industries.
Roles & Responsibilities:
-Strategic Leadership: Set clear objectives and execute strategic plans effectively, ensuring alignment across all levels of the organization.
-Scaling: Identify scalable solutions, optimize processes, and leverage resources to drive sustainable growth.
-Team Building and Integration: Build high-performing teams by identifying and hiring key personnel.
-Regulatory Compliance and Industry Knowledge: Recognize the importance of leveraging analytics to demonstrate compliance with regulations and mitigate risks effectively.
-Business Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies, and implement optimization strategies. Bringing a dept at leveraging technology and data analytics to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.
Requirements:
-5+yrs of Director or Executive level leadership experience or successful startup founder experience
-Proven track record of implementing scalable processes and being a result-driven leader
-Strong communication skills allowing you to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences
-Leadership experience at a tech-forward organization (SaaS experience is an asset)
-Ethical Leadership, upholding the highest standards of ethics and integrity, setting a positive example for others to follow.
