Job Details Description The Centralized Administrative Processing Department is a centralized team of administrative processing operations, designed to streamline end-to-end member service, regardless of how our members choose to interact with us.  Cambrian is seeking a Centralized Administrator III  to join our team. As a senior member of the Centralized Administration team, the Centralized Administrator III is responsible for end-to-end administration and subject matter expertise support of all registered products (such as LIRA, LIFs, TFSA) and estates (including Power of Attorney). Note: Internally, this role is titled Centralized Administrator III (Estates and Registered Plans).  In the role of Centralized Administrator III you will: Provide prompt and courteous service to internal and external contacts according to defined policies and procedures. Deliver high quality, accurate, compliant, and timely completion of operational requirements. Be a Subject Matter Expert in preparing all supporting registered product options, estates and power of attorney legislation and documents, execute transactions, within specified time frames and in accordance with approved terms/conditions. Develop and maintain relationships to strengthen team effectiveness and communication, promote a culture of service excellence, engage in meaningful and effective communication with team members to drive performance. Readily assist both CAP and Branch employees as needed, using good judgment to make timely & sound decisions through identifying and understanding issues, priorities and opportunities. Willingly assist peers in achieving objectives and take charge of situations as needed; help build a positive work environment. Continually analyze areas for improvement, contribute ideas and to seek potential solutions to digitalize or streamline processes.  We are looking for:  Grade 12 or equivalent, with post-secondary education Minimum two years in an administration role Knowledge of Canadian pension legislations an asset  Knowledge and experience working with estate payout options and powers of attorney an asset  Knowledge of registered products such as LIRA / LIF, RSP / RIF an asset Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies an asset Proficient in PC applications of Outlook, Word & Excel Ability to work well in a diverse environment with multiple and often changing priorities The Centralized Administrator III consistently displays Cambrian’s core values as follows: Integrity & Honesty Member Focused Community Involvement Competitive Innovative Spirit  Cambrian offers a work environment where creative thinking and teamwork are valued.
