As a Center Director at Code Ninjas, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to create a fun and safe learning environment where kids thrive. If you're a driven, passionate individual with a knack for business and a heart for inspiring young minds, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the daily operations of the center, ensuring smooth and efficient functionality.
- Drive business growth by following up on leads, conducting tours, and closing deals with prospective families.
- Collaborate with parents to understand their children's learning needs and tailor our programs accordingly.
- Engage with children and families in the center, fostering a welcoming and supportive community.
- Supervise and support our team of coaches and tutors to ensure excellence in instruction.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency within the center.
- Provide regular updates and insights to the executive team on center progress and opportunities for improvement.
- Previous experience working with children aged 7 and up, coupled with a genuine passion for education and mentorship.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of sales and leadership success.
- Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to think creatively and problem-solve on the fly.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
