Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.The Component sub system manager (project manager): Is accountable for the QCDT achievement in compliance with the component development site (CDS) Interiors commitments Lead and coordinate project activities and stakeholders from transfer to close-out including: Proper transfer from tender to project Definition of Project objectives and main drivers (product/service performance, planning) to achieve customer satisfaction in the frame of the Contract Review project staffing and cost associated Accountable to manage supplier budget Escalate when needed Leading the CDS interior development team and governance for the project Make sure that key project stakeholders are aligned towards project/ goals. Engage project teams in the successful achievement of project objectives and strengthen relationships among them Synchronize internal partners and external parties Drive the CoE and supplier planning Alignment with contractual requirements, management of variation orders and change management coordination Proactive risk, saving and opportunity management Ensures that Design for Quality process, Design reviews and standard CoE Interiors key processes are applied. Manage first deliveries, first deliveries missing parts, retrofit configuration and application. Collects the Return of Experience from Project phase and share with CoE Interiors relevant folders and catalogues of best practices Knowledge & Experience: 5 years experience in project management in high mix / low volumes industries Able to demonstrate animation skills of cross-functional skills Capable to anticipate issues and to be proactive Ability to prioritize and to work effectively under pressure to meet the deadline Able to work in an international, multi-site and matrix organization structure Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both French and English You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
