Endy is seeking a strategic, proactive and collaborative Category Manager to become an integral part of its Product team. The Category Manager will play a key role in the up front research, planning and strategic analysis of new product opportunities for Endy. This individual will have a deep understanding of the competitive, consumer, and retail landscapes and use that information to inform their recommendations on the go-forward plan. They will leverage existing data and field new research as required to compile a clear and convincing business case for the business to embark on developing new products.

• Develop a pipeline of new product ideas and corresponding strategic business cases
• Work with our Creative Director and Director of Product to conceptualize, research, and market test new ideas
• Gain organizational alignment on new product recommendations and understand how these products impact Endy’s pricing and merchandising hierarchy

• 3-5 years of experience in category management, new product development or in a similar role in consumer goods
• Experience developing a product roadmap or idea generations
• Strong base knowledge of 1st party research approaches and 3rd party syndicated data
• An eye for aesthetic design and customer apparel with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to inspire and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture
• Experience developing products for e-commerce first
