This casual position provides call-in or back-fill support to the locations of the Mclean Coop, Albion Rd and Folison Street. Compensation is $22.00/hr.

The Casual Direct Support Professional provides critical services to the people supported by Karis Disability Services and works to ensure that people belong to communities in which their God-given gifts are valued and respected. The Casual Direct Support Professional seeks to promote Karis Disability Services' Service Principles by enhancing relationships, promoting citizenship, valuing people’s gifts, recognizing self-determination, encouraging growth and development, and recognizing the need for holistic supports in a manner that considers each person’s intrinsic value.
They assist with activities of daily living and promote life development as outlined in person-centered plans. This is done through collaboration with their team, families, advocates, friends, and community partners. The Casual Direct Support Professional completes administrative duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.
