Qualifications & Core Competencies:High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalentHigh degree of organizational and multi-tasking skills in a busy and fast-paced work environmentRequired 1-5 years experience performing a similar roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsComputer savvy and data entry skills in a physiotherapy clinic setting will be an assetFlexible and adaptable to changeAbility to hit the ground running with minimum supervisionPrimary ResponsibilitiesAnswer telephone calls, greet patients and visitors upon arrival, and provide excellent customer service for all questions or concernsCoordinate a detailed and accurate intake of information on the patients first visit to the clinic and throughout their treatment planAssist patients with completing paperwork at the clinic to avoid errors and inaccurate informationCoordinate scheduling of patient appointments and maintain the patient’s medical recordCollect payment at time of serviceTrack coverage for all funding streams to ensure approvalComplete data entry and billingCoordinate courier packages (in or outgoing) and process incoming and outgoing email, mail and faxesProvide administrative support to the Care Coordinator Manager and Clinic DirectorApply today!
