Position Summary We are currently recruiting for aGTSSenior Claims Adjusterto join our team inMississauga, Ontario, Canada.Responsibilities The successful candidate will be an Insurance Claims Adjuster actively involved in evaluating multi-line claims with a focus on property (commercial and personal lines) claims through loss investigation.They will be responsible for negotiating settlements in accordance with provincial licensing requirements, while maintaining adequate production levels and customer relationships.Requirements10 or more years of functional and technical claims handling experience in large loss, commercial claims and liabilityIdeal candidate will have a construction and property background specializing in project management, quantification and appraisalCommercial policy interpretation and experience making recommendations to the marketLicensed or working towards CIP and/or FCIP designationStrong report writing skillsMust be a team player with outstanding customer service skillsWillingness to work in a dynamic environment with opportunity for career growthAdditional Information We thank all applicants for their interest in Crawford & Company however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.Crawford is an Employment Equity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
