Paid vacation Company-supplied tools 4/5 Rating on Glassdoor Ability to be a part of an exciting, innovative company developing new state-of-the-art technology and equipment Discussion regarding full compensation package conducted upon initial pre-screen Reports to: Manager, National Supply Chain Location: Edmonton, AB Relocation: No Travel: 10% Remote / Onsite / Partial Remote: Onsite Responsibilities Issuing reports; setting and monitoring inventory levels and adjusting as required, and creating orders to fulfill requirement Procure material and services from third party vendors to support Service Center ensuring lowest Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Administer Pricing and Quoting Administer Customs requirements Set, monitor and adjust inventory levels in service centers Order inventory to fulfill requirements Running and distributing inventory reports Create and manage PO’s to third party vendors Expedite as required Develop and evaluate qualified suppliers and resolve performance issues Prepare and analyze RFQs Explore, investigate and recommend cost improvement ideas Work with Accounts Payable to correct blocked invoices Create customs documentation for exports ensuring compliance with regulations Review import documentation for accuracy Review broker and freight bills to ensure coding is correct and charges are valid Create Part Numbers, Info Records, Material Masters, and Source Lists in SAP Qualifications Business experience in one or more of the following: operations, accounting, administration, supply chain, logistics, inventory Administrative Degree or Diploma considered an asset Ability to work independently and as a team player Self-motivated and deadline driven SAP experience is an asset Experience with Word and Excel Komatsu (Joy Global - Canada) is an organization committed to diversity and inclusion to drive our business results and create a better future every day for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
