Title: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
Location: GREATER VANCOUVER, BC
Compensation: Base Salary of $60k - $75k, OTE $125k
Description: Our client is seeking a dynamic, professional and results-driven Business Development Specialist with a strong, dedicated sales background of 5+ years in aesthetics, neuromodulators, dermal fillers and devices or similar product types. In this role, you'll develop and execute a strategic territory business plan, provide clinical training, coach practice staff, and manage a consumables portfolio. You pride yourself on being polished and professional and will lead marketing efforts, assist with promotional events, and deliver impactful sales presentations. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- BSc in biology, biotechnology, life sciences, or a related field with at least 5 years of dedicated industry experience.
- Aesthetics, neurotoxins, skin care and similar product experience is required.
- Outstanding sales presentation skills, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, and computer proficiency.
- A can-do winning attitude, results-driven, professional and a strong supportive team player with the ability to train accounts and forge strong relationships.
- Demonstrated sales leader and sales growth success across portfolio.
- Ability to cover markets including BC West Coast and Vancouver Island.
The candidate must have legal authority to work in Canada.
