Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Partner to join our team. This role is essential in expanding our business consultation services by identifying potential clients, initiating engagement, and facilitating the sales process. The ideal candidate will have experience in Business Consulting, Strong Sales and Negotiation Skills, and Proficiency in CRM tools. This is a Commission-Based role with earning potential from both booked meetings and closed contracts.

Duties

  • Identify and connect with businesses that can benefit from our consulting services.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage potential clients.
  • Initiate and manage initial negotiations to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
  • Secure Consultation Meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs align with our service offerings.
  • Utilize CRM tools and email marketing strategies to track leads and manage client interactions.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or business consulting industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and email outreach platforms.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop targeted outreach strategies.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
