We are an established BAFE accredited and NSI Gold fire and security company that have multiple offices across the UK. We design supply, install and maintain fire and security solutions and offer fire risk assessments and fire training. Due to our continued growth w are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Cornwall.
Business Development Manager
Cornwall
£30,000 - £35,000 basic with OTE £60,000 - £70,000, plus company car and benefits.
Within this role you will be responsible for new business sales across the Cornwall areaselling fire and security service contacts, fire training and fire risk assessments into commercial clients as well as high-end residential. You will spend most of your time meeting with potential customers, introducing them to our services and converting opportunities to sales. The rest of the time you will have the opportunity to work from the nearest office or from home, allowing you time for administrativeduties and preparing quotes. You will be responsible for self-generating leads, building short, medium and long-term pipelines to enable you to achieve your KPI's and financial targets.
The ideal candidate will have;
- Experience in a business development sales roles selling service contracts within the fire and security industry
- Confident in new business sales and self-generating leads
- Experience building short and long-term pipelines
- A proven track record in sales and achieving financial targets and KPI's
- A flexible approach to work and with travel.
