As the Junior Business Development Manager of the Swan Team, you will support the Head of Business Development in building and leading the team, managing pipelines, and effectively communicating Swanchain's value proposition. You will also provide partner support, represent Swanchain at conferences, and collaborate with internal teams to identify market opportunities and build outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help the Head of business development build and lead the Business Development team and oversee all BD efforts.
  • Be part of a team managing all outbound and inbound pipelines across priority industry verticals.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of Swanchain with both technical and non-technical, external and internal audiences.
  • Provide partner support and identify ways to accelerate growth, meet milestones, and help with co-marketing efforts.
  • Act as ambassador for the Swanchain Foundation's mission, representing Swanchain at conferences, and contributing to blog/social posts and other channels.
  • Keep a strong pulse on the overall blockchain ecosystem, understanding trends & new technologies, and building strong ties within the community.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Product, Growth, Marketing) to identify market gaps & opportunities, and build an outreach and qualifying strategy around this roadmap.
  • Help build and maintain the CRM as well as build analytical dashboards to keep track of all BD efforts across the company

Qualifications:

  • Accomplished Leader and Manager with a successful track record working with high-performance teams in the BD and Partnerships areas.
  • Proven ability to run deeply technical discussions and negotiations autonomously.
  • An established network in the web3 ecosystem.
  • Strong working knowledge of the technical side of blockchain technologies (Ethereum, Layer 2 scaling solutions, DeFi).
  • Willingness to travel and work across time zones.
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Business or Technical degree a bonus

The successful candidate will be an energetic, self-motivated individual with a proven track record in web3 Business Development. They will have a deep understanding of the overall blockchain ecosystem, understanding trends & new technologies and maintaining successful partnerships.
