Building authentic client relationships comes naturally to you Deep understanding and solid knowledge of Personal Lines Minimum 3-5 years’ Personal Lines experience and Insurance Broker License The ideal candidate is required to be licensed in all other provinces that Westland MonGroupe and Express operate Bonus! Working towards or completion of CAIB / CIP designation Once here, youll: Cultivate client relationships by providing a consistently exceptional client experience from sales to service Prospect new group partners as well as landlord and property manager partnerships Uncover challenges and analyze the risks to prioritize the product/ service requirements Develop marketing submissions, proposals and summaries of insurance programs and negotiate best terms and conditions on behalf of our clients Participate in partner or public relations activities for all business Want to get to know each other better?
