Our mission is to detect and block malicious transactions in real-time, ensuring the stability and security of the blockchain industry. We are a small, dynamic team with a strong technical focus and we are looking for a motivated individual to lead our business development and marketing efforts.Job OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development and Marketing Lead to join our team. This role will be instrumental in driving our external-facing initiatives including client acquisition, marketing strategy, and partnership development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, marketing, and the blockchain or fintech industry.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentLead client acquisition efforts, including outreach, negotiations, marketing strategies, and promotion of the Safe Harbor Constitution .Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth.Client Outreach and EngagementConduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage potential clients and convert leads into customers.Manage the client onboarding process and ensure a seamless experience.Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote Skylock’s solutions.Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, website, etc.)Develop marketing materials, including one-pagers, case studies, and website content.Metrics and ReportingCollaborate with the technical team to align business development and marketing efforts with product development.Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development and marketing efforts.Provide regular reports and updates on progress and outcomes.Qualifications5+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related role, preferably in the blockchain or fintech industry.Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and managing client relationships.Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the DeFi space.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in using CRM tools, marketing platforms, and project management software.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in a startup environment.Established network within the blockchain and fintech communities.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.Why Join SkylockOpportunity to work with a passionate and dedicated team at the forefront of blockchain security.Flexible remote work environment.Competitive salary and equity options.Opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of the company.
