- Knowledge Guardian: Train our key users. Be their guide through the digital labyrinth. And when they ask, “What’s the meaning of this error message?”—you’ll have answers
- Integration Maestro: B2B integrations? You’ll orchestrate them like a seasoned conductor. Forge alliances with our partners at Endress+Hauser.
- Relationship Builder: Collaborate cross-functionally, fostering an outside-in approach. Customers will appreciate your knack for harmonizing IT applications.
- Efficiency Engineer: When business systems hiccup, you’ll swoop in like a tech-savvy troubleshooter. Incidents? Requests? You’ll handle them with finesse.
Qualification+Profile
- Post-secondary technical education or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of IT experience
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and Salesforce or other ERP/CRM systems
- Experience with B2B integration
