On behalf of our Healthcare client based in Vancouver,Ignite Technical Resourcesis seeking anSenior Data Analyst / Business analystto join our team on acontract basis.Summary Of The RoleThe BA/DA will work on a Windows 11 migration project, supporting launching an initiative to upgrade the existing Microsoft Windows 10 desktop operating system to Windows 11.Leads the formal data collection and analysis to identify process/information deficiencies and/or operational inefficiencies in order to guide reports and develop ways of improving business efficiencies including data analysis supporting project-related activities. Ensures the quality, accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of the data and reports available through meticulous testing, automated and manual data reviews, performance monitoring, contingency planning, consistency reviews, and other methods as appropriate. Completion of assigned detailed assessments (various) to inform technical and user requirements, as well as strategy development, planning, and rollout of Windows 11. Co-facilitate requirements gathering and engagement sessions with clinical and business stakeholders to extract requirements, document as required. Develop current state documentation, design documents, requirements analysis, use cases, process flows, procedures, and policies. Translate user clinical/business requirements into technical requirements for the technical solutioning teams (as required).Skills And Experience Required For The RoleExperience working on technology projects in a healthcare setting; with a focus on achieving an excellent user experience. Superior analytical skills including the ability to comprehend, analyze, and resolve complex issues, including compiling and utilizing data from a variety of systems/sources. Intermediate business and data analysis skills and experience in business/clinical processes development and re-engineering. An extremely acute eye for detail and data quality. Experience developing repeatable data grooming/normalizing queries.
