Must haves:
- 10+yearsexperienceinabusinessanalystcapacity,withdemonstratedworkoutlinedclearly
- Experienceconductingrequirementsgatheringanddevelopingdocumentation
- DemonstratedExperiencewithGUI,userinterfacedesignandmockups.(e.g.Balsamiq)
- DemonstratedExperiencewithJointApplicationdevelopment(JAD),UnifiedModellinglanguage(UML),andComputerAidedSoftwareEngineering(CASE)tools.

•Leadsandconductsbusinessanalysisinordertoassessclient’sbusinessproblems/opportunitiesanddocumentsthebusinessrequirementsinsuchaway thatI&ITsolutionscanbedetermined.
•Appliesre-engineeringconceptstopromotebusinessimprovementsthroughalternativeandcosteffectiveservicedeliveryapproaches
•Leadsandconductsbusinessanalysisatvaryinglevelsofdetailappropriatetotheprojectandphasesofproject,aligningwith UnifiedProjectManagementMethodology,EnterpriseArchitectureandGatingProcess,and StandardSystemsDevelopmentMethodologies
•Developsstrategies,preparesbusinesscasesandcost-benefitanalysis,andconductsfeasibilitystudiesforbusinessI&ITinitiatives
•DevelopssoundprocessesforrequirementsgatheringincludingbutnotlimitedtoJADsessions,interviews,mockups,etc.
•Conductsbusinessmodeling;usecasemodeling;conceptualandlogicaldatamodeling;processanddataflowmodeling;usecasesurveys;businessrulesdefinitionandnon-functionalrequirementsdefinitionsforassignedprojects•Monitorsprogress,resolvesproblemsandreportsregularlytoI&ITmanagementandstakeholders
•Developsperformancemeasuresandtraceabilitymatricesforbusinessanalysisevaluationandconductsfollow-up
•Experiencedevelopingstrategies,preparingbusinesscasesandcost-benefitanalysis
•Experienceconductingrequirementsgathering,developingdocumentation,includingpresentationsandbriefingnotesandconductingstakeholderengagement
•ExperienceintheuseofComputerAidedSoftwareEngineering(CASE)toolstodocumentconceptualrequirementsandscope
