About the job

This position will support the Vaccines Business Operations team and report into the Senior Director, Strategic Pricing, Sales & Marketing Operations and New Products.

As Business Analyst, within Vaccines Business Operations team, you will support Commercial Operations team, as well as be responsible for providing logistical and analytical support for the local and regional S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process including the monthly rolling forecast process, write off analysis meetings, product planning and analytical inputs with respect to key performance metrics.

Main responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for tracking the monthly rolling forecast process from the Territory Manager forecast meeting through updating the monthly rolling forecast numbers in the Kinaxis tool.
  • Work to develop and input a 48-month projection of product volumes by SKU that will be used by Supply Chain to plan production and inventory levels.
  • Work with the Territory Managers to ensure the rolling forecast for non-promoted products including PPH and Sole Source portfolios accurately reflect true demand and any changes are reflected in the rolling forecast templates and reviewed at the monthly meeting.
  • Provide logistical and analytical support through the Country Strategic Plan (CSP) process including coordination with Marketing on data entry into the relevant global tools and generation of supporting analytics as requested.
  • Be accountable for all Dashboards and reporting tools and will lead or be part of project teams to develop or enhance our capabilities in this area; working closely with IT partners both locally and globally.
  • Provide analysis of internal and external sales data for Sales and Marketing on a regular or ad-hoc basis.
  • Provide pricing and data analytics support including analysis of Average and Actual selling prices by customer, forecasting assistance, together with monthly ASP analysis.

About you

Experience:

  • Previous analytical and data entry experience.
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical, Biologics and or Vaccine related business/education would be preferred but not required.
  • Experience having prepared and presented analysis and recommendations based on the analysis would be an advantage.

Soft and technical skills:

  • Strong data analysis skills (Power BI, Excel, Power Point, SAP knowledge).
  • Problem solving, and project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities at the same time.
  • Attention to detail while delivering a high level of customer service.

Education:

  • Master’s Degree in relevant field.

Languages:

  • Advanced English.
