Videoconferencing Modernization Senior Business Analyst Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and documenting current and future state environments, articulating desired outcomes, and managing engagements with various IT and business stakeholders. This role requires a minimum of five years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects of similar scope and size.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analysis and Documentation
• Analyze and document current and future state environments.
• Articulate desired outcomes, business and technical requirements, and identify gaps, risks, and impacts.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Manage engagements with various IT and business stakeholders.
• Understand and translate business and technical requirements into actionable insights.
• Engage with resources as required to ensure project success.

Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work collaboratively with other resources within CSDS and other stakeholder organizations.
• Support shared deliverables and goals through effective coordination and teamwork.

Mandatory Skills and Expertise:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are highly desirable.
• Minimum of five (5) years Video Conferencing Modernization of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience in business analysis on projects of similar scope and size.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex project environments.

Optional Competencies:

• Experience working with complex projects in the public sector.
• Proven experience and performance in IT projects.
