On behalf of our client, Affinity is looking for a Business Analyst, HR Processes with significant experience in business process analysis related to HR processes, including HR information systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and deliver new and changed business processes and procedures, implementing organizational change management strategies.

• Gather business requirements from users, departments, internal information services employees, and external parties.

• Document business processes, requirements, project scope, high-level work breakdown structures, and develop business cases.

• Develop cost-benefit/alternatives analysis, conduct risk assessments, and provide recommendations.

• Apply working knowledge of project management, quality assurance, and change management disciplines.

Support key stakeholders, facilitating knowledge transfer at all levels of the organization.

• Demonstrate outstanding leadership skills, facilitating dialogue and resolving complex issues with a wide variety of stakeholders, including senior executives and multiple stream leads.

• Utilize knowledge of MS Office Tools, business modeling tools and techniques, cost-benefit analysis methodology, and use case and user story creation.

• Investigate and comprehend PSA's accountability and performance management approach/framework. And evaluate the transferability and applicability of PSA’s approach to the organization.

• Complete the discovery phase to identify the current state of accountability, performance management, and attendance management within the organization.

• Gather detailed requirements from stakeholders to ensure the Program meets organizational needs and objectives.

• Design and develop a comprehensive Program roadmap based on the insights gained from the research and discovery phase.

• Ensure the Program aligns with organizational goals and incorporates best practices in accountability, performance management, and attendance management.

• Create a detailed implementation plan and key milestones.

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth rollout of the Program across the organization.

• Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of the Program.

Qualifications:

• Experience in leading, managing and delivering new and changed business processes and procedures requiring organizational change management.

• Experience in gathering business requirements from users, departments, internal information services employees, as well as external parties.

• Experience in documenting business processes and requirements, project scope, high level work breakdown structures and development of business case.

• Experience in developing cost-benefit/alternatives analysis, risk assessment and providing recommendations.

• Experience in working knowledge on project management, quality assurance and change management disciplines.

• Ability to mentor, coach and support key stakeholders and demonstrate excellent knowledge transfer skills at all levels of the organization.

• Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to facilitate dialogue and communicate resolution of complex issues with a wide variety of stakeholders, including senior executives of the organization and multiple stream leads.

• Experience in working on enterprise-wide projects with large wholesale and/or retail corporations.

• Knowledge of:

o Certified Business Process Associate certification (preferred)

o Project Management fundamentals

o Must be familiar with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)

o Expertise in facilitation and swim lane diagrams

o Experience with HR processes within government (preferred)

o MS Office Tools

o Business modeling tools and techniques

o Cost-benefit analysis methodology

o Use case and user story creation

Hourly rate: $90 per hour.
