We have an exciting opportunity for a
Business Analyst
to join our team in
Saint John, NB .
Responsibilities
Analyze the use of current technology, by department, and work with department heads to understand their productivity goals & objectives.
Identify opportunities to achieve department goals through the improved utilization of current technology.
Lead technology-based initiatives and drive to the improved productivity outcome.
Liaison between IT and the Business Departments.
Provide input and recommendations for new technology investments, by department, to improve productivity.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
3 years of related experience
Business Analyst Experience
Project Management Experience
Understanding of integrations, ETL & SQL
Ability to document business needs and translate to IT requirements.
Experience with ERP's, CRM's, AP Automation, Point-of-Sales, and O365 with Power Automate are all considered Assets.
