Business Analyst Plm Job In Richmond Hill

Job Description

Our client, a leading digital transformation solutions provider, is looking for a Business Analyst (PLM) for a long-term contract or permanent remote-based role.

Responsibilities

1. Facilitate Business Workshops with customer subject matter experts.
2. Understand the business requirements and define epics, features, and user stories.
3. Build and manage project backlog (consolidated user stories) and roadmap.
4. Discuss with business leadership and prioritize backlog items into relevant sprints.
5. Work with solution architects and the implementation team on estimation, planning, and validation plans.
6. Collaborate with the UX (user experience) team to create/refine personas, user stories, scenarios, storyboards, and UI flows.
7. Identify and analyze data sources and high-level mapping.
8. Convey and have alignment on the vision, goals, and expectations at the beginning of every sprint and release with all key stakeholders.
9. Assess and mitigate risks and provide regular status reports.
10. Create and contribute towards workshops and training materials.
11. Support deployment of releases to ensure alignment on expectations.

Qualifications

1. Must have at least 3 end-to-end PLM implementation experiences in a BA role in Windchill and/or Enovia, Teamcenter.
2. Must have at least 3 years of PLM experience.
3. Must have good communication skills and should be capable of organizing and driving meetings in a multi-vendor environment.
4. Must have a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working.
5. Excellent attitude and aptitude.

This is a long-term contract or permanent remote-based role.
