Job Description

Our client is undertaking an initiative to evaluate, purchase, test and integrate an enterprise monitoring solution. The integration could involve 8 – 12 applications, network touch points on premise and in the cloud. This is a very technical and complex project that will require the ability to capture business requirements as well as understand technical dependencies between network infrastructure and applications to ensure detailed technical requirements are identified. This role will be responsible for consolidating and aligning business and technical requirements.

Project Specific Requirement:

· Minimum of 5 years capturing business requirements for complex technical projects with the ability to understand the technology and work with business units to plan

· Minimum of 5 years capturing technical requirements for complex technical projects with the ability to understand the technology and work with business units to plan

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience contributing to delivering enterprise level projects that impact a number of business areas, business process and technology

· Minimum of 2 years with developing requirements, identifying business and technical requirements for selecting and implementing an enterprise solution

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience working large vendors to define and finalize functionality and overall alignment of requirements

· Experience working with Organizational Change Management to introduce business change

· Proven experience in team building and negotiating deliverables and timelines with the project team, business stakeholders and vendors

· Ability to provide BA/SA inputs and recommendations into an efficient project delivery plan

· Ability to work with/negotiating with multiple stakeholders producing positive outcomes that would minimize delivery risk and/or issues

· Must have the ability to work through complex issues to achieve a successful out come

· Proven ability to understand, and deliver to project lifecycle

· Ability to adjust to the corporate delivery processes

· Proven experience working remotely, and managing remote teams

· Proficient at MS Office, MS Teams and Share Point

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES COULD INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Develop and document statements of requirements for considered alternatives.

• Perform business analyses of functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows.

• Evaluate existing procedures and methods, identify and document items such as database content, structure, and application subsystems.

• Define and document interfaces of manual to automated operations within application subsystems, to external systems, and between new and existing systems.

• Identify candidate business processes for re-design, prototype potential solutions, provide trade-off information and suggest a recommended course of action. Identify the modifications to the automated processes.

• Establish acceptance test criteria with Client.

• Support and use the selected departmental methodologies including but not limited to IIBA BABOK

• Level 2 BA are also expect to lead initiatives

7+ years of relevant experience in this role – Preferably with a recognized professional certification.
