Sustainability:Infoya works with its clients to ensure lasting change.Job DescriptionJob DescriptionProficiency in business applications, data usage and managementAbility to liaison between lines of business and the development team, while working with a wide range of stakeholders and collaborating with your teamAbility to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals+Author business requirements and other supporting materials to detail business needPartner with Scrum Teams to translate user needs into accurate and complete business user stories, document process flows (Visio, PowerPoint)Facilitate requirement sessions with Product Owners, Architects, current and future users of toolsetAuthor training documentation, maintain and manage Product information sites (Jira, Confluence, SharePoint)Create Epics, User Stories and build sample test cases using the scope provided by Product owners.Ensure broad awareness and consensus for all in- & out- of scope business requirementsValidate UAT test conditions & resultsTriage and prioritize testing, post implementation and production defects.Support technology release events, prior/during/post deployment, participate in Production Support validationTriage and resolve issues highlighted by downstream applicationsAbility to Demonstrate tools (and associated enhancements) to user community and prospective stakeholders; identify opportunities to expand product adoptionSupport the definition and generation of project metrics and reporting across product backlog of user storiesWorks with the Product owner to align team with the product vision, sprint goals, and other necessary informationWork with Scrum Master and align user stories based on team velocityCreates an environment of collaboration within the teams that allows for open dialogue and productive solutions for resolving conflictsSeeks opportunities for improvement to the overall effectiveness of teams and the organizationCommunicates organizational impediments to leadership; clears impediments for the teamQualificationsBachelor’s degree and 5 years of Business Analyst/ Business System Analyst experienceBalance of technical knowledge and business acumenHands on with JIRA, Confluence and VisioKnowledge of JAVA, Restful API, SOAP is a plusExperience of working closely with stakeholders including Technical Architects, DevelopmentLeads, Developers, Quality Analysts etcProactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignmentEstablished background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile principles.High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountabilityProven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindset
