Our client, a top 5 bank in Canada, is looking for a Business Analyst for a 6-month contract located in Toronto. This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Analystwith a financial services background
As a Business Analyst your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Understanding and Documenting User Escalation - Document problem statements in collaboration with business partners and end users.
- Understanding and validating business requirements in order to identify gaps and choose the best course of action for each escalation.
- Building strong relationships, leading discussions, listening and asking the right questions to ensure solutions meet requirements.
Qualifications required for the Business Analyst include:

At least 3 years of project management and solution design experience in a BSC role.

Previous Business Analyst experience

Computer Science or Business degree/diploma
