Role: Business Analyst in cybersecurityDuration: 12 MonthsLocation: Montreal, QCBilingual: French & EnglishHybrid Role: 2 days onsite & 3 days remote A position as a business analyst in the large cybersecurity team at the Bank means acting as a catalyst for the needs of different stakeholders. It is through your mastery of our processes, your curiosity, your diligence and your efficiency by supporting projects in process mapping activities, carrying out different types of analyzes (processes, data, impacts, risks, issues) and to raise awareness among stakeholders of the efforts required in change management. The Business Analyst within the cybersecurity governance team supports the delivery of strategic projects while developing ways of doing things. The Bank's Cybersecurity sector is leading several major developments in Identity and Access Management services. A role as a Senior Business Analyst within this team involves actively participating and contributing to this transformation. Your role • Document Identity and access management processes. • Ensure documentation and a common understanding of the current situation for all stakeholders. • Identify and document information on stakeholders and their needs. • Carry out various analyses, identify gaps between the current situation and the target situation. • Identify avenues for improving performance and user experience • Ensure the delivery of analyzes and documents related to harmonious operational change management for stakeholders • Contribute to making the team environment always more positive You will act as a senior business analyst at Bank and will have to collaborate with the company's security, IT and business experts. Your job will consist of supporting the identification of business objectives for security areas, in order to ensure their proper functioning and evolution. You will work more specifically on security areas such as network infrastructure security and identity and access management. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree related to the sector of activity and seven years of relevant experience OR Master's degree related to the sector of activity and five years of relevant experience• Master the methodology linked to business processes: mapping, BPMN• Experience in end-to-end business process transformation, change management and continuous improvement• High-level knowledge of identity and access management capabilities (processes, tools, data) • Be able to resolve issues complex problems that require creativity and being on the lookout for new developments/best practices on the market. • Think in end-to-end business process mode for new processes and be able to understand organizational interdependencies • Have good political sense • Ability to synthesize and lead • Bilingualism (spoken/written) French and English
