Responsibilities:
· Collect and compile real-time data for project development,
· Coordinate with stakeholder and resources from the required business functions
· Collaborate with our external partners and be accountable for the internal executions.
· Build and map the new processes as per the project recommendations.
· Collect users feedback and concerns through workshops.
· Use appropriate tools to document conceptual requirements and scope.
· Effectively communicate the needs and concerns of the users to the project Management team
· Ability to translate business and compliance processes into technical requirements.
· Have a proven experience with HR functions and processes.
· Have a proven experience within programme including compliance and TI .
· Experience on corporate project within manufacturing companies
· Good communication skills (French and English ) Bilingual
