On behalf of our healthcare client, Affinity is looking for a Business Analyst cutover and Go-Live activities for Clinical Information System implementation. Responsibilities: •

Collaborating with Domain Lead and Senior Project Manager to define requirements, schedule, and resource requirements for the execution of all project go live activities including cutover, a command centre, go live end user support, etc. •

Supporting day-to-day regional and site-specific CIS deployment activities •

Assessing deployment needs from a technical, clinical and business readiness perspective and supports CIS go-live activities to meet the Advance Program strategic goals •

Ensuring appropriate documentation is organized and can be easily audited •

Aid in the future state requirements gathering, testing, and documentation of the technical deployment elements •

Must have proven analytical and technical skills to be able to devise new and adapt existing methods, techniques and procedures to meet specific requirements •

Ensure all change requests are documented to ensure efficiency •

Develop material for and host demos with different stakeholder groups, as required •

Go-live conversion and cut-over experience Deliverables: • Business requirements documents, to cover both functional and non-functional requirements. • Use cases analysis and documentation • RTLS and end user device maps and inventory lists • Clinical department User Acceptance Testing sign-off • User adoption strategies • Integration design documentation • Testing plans and materials • Training, change management, support and go-live materials, as required. • Project to operations checklist • Coordinate and/or participate in site visits and reviews/audits hardware. • Other deliverables as assigned by project manager. Qualifications: • Minimum 8 years’ experience working as a Sr. BA • Minimum 5-10 years’ experience with business requirements and use case development and analysis. • Minimum 5-10 years’ experience with user adoption strategies (Change management and training plans) • Minimum 5-10 years’ Experience managing department requirement matrixes across multiple departments. Preferred skills: • Experience with clinical information systems in an acute care environment. • Experience in large organizations preferred •

Experience with large-scale clinical transformation and/or clinical information system implementation is preferred. •Future site implementations and our operational training strategy will look to leverage the deliverables resulting from this engagement. Fraser Health retention of intellectual property and ownership of editable artifacts is a requirement Hourly rate: $85 per hour.
