Reporting to the Director of Innovation Group, the Business Analyst’s primary mandate is to research, develop, and document the Business and Functional Requirements to be used by NRT’s Development Team in relation to Software Development activities for NRT’s suite of products.

Job Duties and Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
• Work with NRT Sales Team, NRT Customers (external & internal), NRT Software Architects, and/or Third-Party Vendors, to analyze, develop and document software solutions in the form of Business Requirements and Functional Requirements Documents
• Accurately generate various Project Artifacts and obtains signoffs. These include, but are not limited to:
o Clear definition of Scope of Work for implementation
o Data Flows/Use Cases
o Transaction Flows/Use Cases
o Workflows Diagrams and Use Cases representing the new requirements
• Other projects/duties as assigned by the Director of Innovation Group or their designates

Job Requirements:
• Three or more years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Processes and Methodologies
• Knowledge and experience using MS Suite, JIRA, Confluence,
• Fluency in English (oral and written). French language is considered an asset
