Working experience in Agile methodology. Experience in preparing Business Requirements and Process documentation. Good understanding of Insurance business functions; gathering information; Coordination with all the stake holders and tracking the deliveries. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Operating knowledge of JIRA tool for the Agile deliveries. Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PDF, AFP, SQL, Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities.
