The Quebec Brand Manager reports directly to the VP Marketing and has responsibility for the execution of Quebec marketing campaigns, promotions, digital/social media marketing, content development, menu updates and data analysis to drive Corporate and Franchised sales and traffic. Adapt national calendar and marketing programs, recommending any modifications or additions needed for the Quebec market (print and digital menu boards, direct mail, email, social media, website, POS etc.) Lead the development of the creative strategy, advertising plan and creative executions working with the ad agency Manage and create strategies for social content development for Quebec, vendors, and influencers, as well as reporting and analyzing brand impacts Develop local marketing tools and support Quebec franchisees local marketing programs, including restaurant opening and renovation support Provide analytical feedback on marketing programs and menu mix, creating reports and drawing conclusions from the data Manage French guest feedback Minimum 5 years marketing experience in brand marketing, planning and execution of 360 advertising and social/digital campaigns (creation, production and media) - restaurant experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Bilingual French/English) Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time Flexible/Hybrid work environment ~ You’d be joining a close-knit, innovative team of creative and energetic go-getters ~ 20% associate discount dining card and monthly dining allowance valid at participating Recipe brands ~ Career advancement opportunities with a company that owns some of Canada’s most iconic restaurant brands ~
