You will provide direction, training and coaching to all branch staff.How You Will Thrive With UsYou will oversee the hiring, training and supervision of all personnel.You will have P&L responsibility for the branch, managing budgets, expenses & inventory.You will consistently ensure a high level of customer serviceYou will ensure compliance from all employees with all health & safety policies, procedures and regulations.You will be a Brand Ambassador by building brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing the customer experience.
