The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the profitable operation of all branch activities, working in a hybrid environment out of Abbotsford, BC. You will manage and train field technicians, administrators and sales professionals, while maintaining a safe and efficient operations. To be successful, you should display a strong sales-minded attitude as well as excellent leadership skillsResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:Collaborate with HR to strategize recruitment, foster employee growth, and cultivate a high-performance culture through training, coaching, and fostering collaboration.Empower employees with autonomy and hold them accountable for meeting departmental and personal objectives by providing clear communication and constructive feedback.Ensure the profitability and efficiency of Service and Installation Operations by optimizing processes related to maintenance, repair, and installation management.Drive the formulation and realization of annual business plans, operating budgets, and labor efficiencies by refining and developing processes.Establish and execute goals within the Service and Installation Operations, overseeing planning, coordination, and direction to ensure desired outcomes.Oversee safety protocols and initiatives, including inspections, incident reporting, and safety meetings, in accordance with senior management directives.Monitor and assess sales activities within the branch, aligning competitiveness with profitability through market-specific strategies, and mentor sales personnel for optimal performance.QualificationsMinimum 5 years’ experience as a Sales Manager in a service environment Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing a team.Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.Proven ability in increasing sales and profitabilityProven ability in managing and motivating a remote workforce
