Based in Toronto and Vancouver, TFA represents a diverse roster of artists from around the world, ranging from up-and-coming talent to critically acclaimed, award-winning acts.TFA is looking for an experienced (Ticket Master) Box Office Manager for the inaugural Summer Concert Series at THE BOWL at Sobeys Stadium in Toronto. This open-air venue boasts a capacity of 9000 and is located on the grounds of York University.Role DescriptionThe primary focus will be the inaugural Summer Concert Series at The Bowl at Sobeys Stadium The Box Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing ticket sales, ticket operations, customer service, and box office management. We’re searching for individuals residing in the Toronto area to service various events. This role requires flexibility with scheduling and is a part-time occasional position, based on event requirements. QualificationsExperience in ticket sales, ticket operations, and event ticketing, working specifically with Archtics and TM Host systems Providing exceptional front-line customer service to ticket purchasersOrganizing and distributing “will-call” ticketsProficiency in box office managementAbility to work independently and collaborativelyAttention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational and communication skillsFlexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
