Along with great pay, amazing benefits, and a stable work environment – Toyota Manufacturing has it all."To save time applying, Toyota does not offer sponsorship of job applicants for employment-based visas or any other work authorization for this position at this time.Who we’re looking forToyota’sTMNA Body Production EngineeringDepartment is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Seibi Technician.The primary responsibility of this role is to Inspect and confirm new or modified equipment and to prepare that equipment for manufacturing production.Reporting to the Seibi Manager, the person in this role will support the Body weld production engineering departments objective to deploy or modify welding equipment to facilitate new model launch and support manufacturing production changes.What you’ll be doing Offline and/or online robot programmingConfirm that new model equipment meets set standards and performs as intendedPrepare and confirm new Body weld equipment at the vendorsSupport weld machine Seibi activity at North American Manufacturing Companies from installation to the start of productionDevelop equipment countermeasures during setup/trialsEngage in travel (or dispatch) to U.S., Canada, and/or Mexico NAMCs and suppliers, as well as foreign travel including Japan, Canada, and Mexico. Commonly work overtime, including weekends and holidaysWhat you bring Associate technical degree (or higher), or equivalent experienceCurrent SEIBI or Body weld maintenance experienceExperience with MS Office SuiteToyota experienceAbility to travel up to 75% at times (including international travel)Proficient with Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).What you may bring Degree in Industrial Maintenance related field1+ years of Toyota PE Seibi experience.3+ years of Automotive experience.Experience with mentoring and/or technical training.What we’ll bringWe see the value in learning from each other.
