The CSD Partner Management team is a highly engaged, data-driven, and consistently successful group responsible for developing and executing strategies that maximize value from outsourced residential field services nationwide. We manage partnerships end-to-end, including executive-level relationship management, contract management, budget accountability, labor strategy, quality and escalation management, invoicing, and continuous operational and financial improvements.

We balance advocacy for our customers, financials, and external partners by developing strategic outsourcing partnerships.

The Impact You’ll Make and What We’ll Accomplish Together

As a Billing Analyst II, you will play a crucial role in the CSD Partner Management team. You will be responsible for various duties that ensure accurate billing processes and partner financial reporting, contributing to total spending accuracy and budget management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide billing expertise and complex support/analysis for billing issues, including resolution, testing, implementation, and communication
  • Interpret data, analyze results using effective techniques, and provide ongoing reports
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Manage and prioritize invoice-auditing initiatives, track new ideas, and allocate time based on opportunity size
  • Communicate with partners to resolve billing disputes or irregularities
  • Maintain professional relationships and act as a liaison to external partners
  • Interpret contracts to ensure accurate billing process implementation
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
  • Identify and define new process improvement opportunities
  • Support ongoing team projects
  • Manage and verify data conversions
  • Maintain, create, and evolve automated processes
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests as needed

Qualifications

You’re the Missing Piece of the Puzzle

  • 3-5 years of progressive responsibilities in billing management or experience working with large data sets or equivalent
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and business terminology
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, including the ability to plan, coordinate, implement, and monitor multiple activities and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster good working relationships within and across business units and external partners
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Experience working with billing and finance teams is an asset
Salary Range:  $52,000-$78,000

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  10%
