We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Forklift Operators, licensed in Counterbalance, Raymond Reach and Order Picker/Cherry Picker to join our team in Pickering. As a Laborer and Operator, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to support warehouse operations. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Duties:- Load and unload materials from trucks or containers- Move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, clamp trucks, or other equipment- Assist with order picking and packing- Perform basic maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment- Keep the warehouse clean and organized- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environmentExperience:- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus- Ability to operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and other machinery safely and efficiently- Strong mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance tasks- Proficient in order picking and packing processes- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor for extended periods of time- Basic math skills for inventory managementPay:- $23.00/HR to start, plus $2.00/HR shift premium*We do not have public transit nearby.
