LeverageTek is actively seeking a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a permanent position with its Greater Ottawa-based customer. Work LocationThe successful candidate will be required to work on-site at the customer headquarters in the Greater Ottawa area on a hybrid basis and moving to fulltime. Language RequirementsBilingual in French and English essential. Key TasksSubmit job requisitions in HRIS for approvalsDraft, update and post jobs on multiple sitesPrepare offer lettersMaintain new hire files and update recruitment trackersActivate and track background and reference checksCoordinate interviews, contact applicants, and hiring managersPrepare reports on new hire metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire)Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing necessary paperwork and scheduling trainings)Provide administrative support for the student coop program, including student eventsParticipate in job fairs Key QualificationsCandidates must be Bilingual and able to provide recruitment/talent acquisition services in both French and English (written and verbal) to both internal and external clients and vendorsMinimum one 1-2 years experience working in a fast paced administrative position ideally supporting the HR/TA functionCandidates must have a very strong background and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Outlook, Word and Excel AssetsPrevious work experience in a similar Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Assistant or Administrator role is an assetKnowledge of and ability to interpret and apply HR procedures, policies and processesExperience working with HRIS systems About LeverageTek IT SolutionsThank you for taking the time to apply!
