Title : Billingual-Talent Acquisition Specialist
Employee Working Location : Remote (Canada)
Employment Status : Temporary Full-time (12 Months)
Salary Band : $52,000 - $65,000 / year

In this role, you will :

  • Embody the CRC culture and exemplify the CRC values - including on social media.
  • Proactively develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to continually build and maintain talent pools.
  • Engage in all recruitment activities necessary to fill open positions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Report accurate recruitment data on a daily basis.
  • Build recruiting tools to shortlist, screen and interview the best candidates based on Hiring Managers needs and Diversity and Inclusion standards.
  • Carry out all necessary onboarding steps before handing the candidate to the next department.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience for both Candidates and Hiring Managers.
  • Represents the Talent Acquisition team during the weekend shift.
  • Take part in the development of the Talent Acquisition Department.
What we are looking for :
  • Minimum 3 year of hands-on experience in the Talent Acquisition field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French is required.
  • Proven ability to meet targets, respect deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment and independent setting.
  • Ability to build confidence and strong relationships with hiring managers and business partners.
  • Proven success using a variety of sourcing strategies, including proactive sourcing techniques using social media and referral generation.
  • Demonstrates rigor consistency and adaptability in performing various tasks.
  • Capacity to use critical thinking with minimal supervision to ensure operation continuity.
