In this role, your primary responsibility will be to provide sourcing support recruiting for our claims team. You will also provide support to other divisions within Ontario with regards to sourcing, development of candidate pipelines, interviewing and recommending the most qualified candidates.Accountabilities:Source candidates using your network for to support our recruitment.Identify new sourcing strategies to proactively build a talent pipelineReview and screen resumes and prequalify potential candidates prior to scheduling interviewsManage candidate experience and gauge interest for current and future positionsUtilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, internet searches, networking etc.Participate in projects/initiatives to build, pilot and enhance our sourcing capabilitiesAccountable for end-to-end recruitment – including needs analysis, building recruitment strategies for vacant positions while partnering with managers and HR partners to provide guidance through the offer negotiation processEnsure the Applicant Tracking System is updated with respect to both candidate and requisition informationKeep abreast of current trends and recruitment tools in the employment marketplace to build strategiesMonitor our hiring practices to ensure legal complianceProvide guidance and feedback to managers throughout the recruitment processFacilitate Recruitment related workshops for new and existing managersProvide feedback to Management on what’s working, opportunities and trends and recommend solutions to enhance our Sourcing and Recruitment practicesOther duties and special projects as assignedQualifications:Fluency in both French and EnglishPost-secondary degree/diploma in Human Resources or a related fieldMinimum 3 - 5 years’ experience sourcing and recruiting candidatesAbility to source candidates from social media sites (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter), professional associations, online networking platforms, etc.Experience mining online resume databases such as IndeedPrior experience recruiting for multiple types and levels of positions using behavioral interview techniquesExperience using Applicant Tracking SystemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain strong, productive relationships both internally and externallyCollaborative team player with a high sense of urgencyExcellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-taskAllstate Canada Group has policies and practices that provide workplace accommodations.
