TFS currently has an exciting 12-month contract as Bilingual Assistant Customer Accounts Associate, reporting to the Supervisor of Collections. This role resides in our Markham Head Office. What you will be doing: Call delinquent accounts that are 15 to 59 days past due Confirm clients’ information and make suitable payment arrangements Answering inbound calls Negotiate total losses/insurance settlements Complete other departmental duties as required What you bring: Bilingual – written and oral fluency in English and French Must be available to work between the hours of 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Excellent communication, negotiation and decision-making skills Strong organization skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities Self-starter with the ability to work independently University Degree or College diploma preferred What You Should Know: Our success begins and ends with our people.
